  We dined here occasionally for lunch over a period of several months, and the waiter 'Albert' was forgetful, aloof, and rude on several occasions. One time Albert asked us how we felt about the legalization of marijuana and I could personally swear that he was on it. But when Albert accused my wife of lying and stealing $20 from him and then threatened to call the police, that was the last straw. I'm sure there are hard working folks in the kitchen - and the food here is passable - but their "waiter" is a serious nuisance and apparently hates his job. So I'd recommend avoiding this debacle of a restaurant at all costs, and would give Albert minus five stars if I could. That's a tough thing to say with so many businesses closing in Sutherlin, but that has been our experience at the Hong Kong restaurant in Sutherlin: **AVOID**.
